Michael Pryce BA – Director
Michael began his career as an options trader in London in 1983. He moved to Sydney in 1985 and became head of options market making at Macquarie Equities Limited. in the early 1990's Michael became head of Asia Pacific equity trading for Credit Suisse First Boston (Hong Kong). On his return to Sydney Michael established his own funds company, from where he was approached to become manager of hedge funds at Goldman Sachs JBWere. Michael has over 25 years experience as a successful portfolio trader, and with Denning Pryce since 2006, he continues to work with some of Australias prominent investors and to operate the Denning Pryce Equity Income Fund for a wide range of unit-holders. The Fund has become highly respected within the fund management industry.
Hugh Denning PhD – Director
Acknowledged as one of the leading derivatives experts in Australia, Hugh was previously a Director of Rothschild Australia Asset Management and became Head of Risk & Portfolio Exposure Management at BT Financial Group.
Hugh is the author of "Equity Options: Valuation, Trading and Practical Strategies" a text recommended by the Securities and Derivatives Institute, FINSIA and many business schools across Australia. He has been a member of the ASX Derivatives panel since 1992 and is sought out at all levels to advise on the use of derivatives to reduce risk in investment portfolios. In operating the Denning Pryce Equity Income Fund since 2006 Hugh continues to earn the respect ot the fund management industry.
Robin Yandle BEc - Chairman
Former Head of Equities at Deutsche Bank Securities and Chairman of the Institutional Broking Committee of the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association of Australia. Robin has in excess of 30 years trading, investment and advisory experience in equity and derivatives markets.
Andrew Curtin BEc ASIA – Director
Former long-standing partner of JBWere Australia and President of JBWere North America. Andrew has a depth of experience in private client portfolio advice, in institutional stockbroking and in private equity.
Dan Wilson BComm (Ec,Fin) – Director
Dan has been a professional trader and portfolio manager in the Australian and US Equity Market for the part 10 years. He managed some of the largest options positions in Australia through a diverse range of market conditions. Dan is a graduate of RMC Duntroon and has a degree in Finance & Economics.
